Last updated: 17 October 2026. This policy explains which personal data AlmaClean collects when you book a cleaning, create an account or contact us, and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Name and phone number, so we can confirm your booking and reach you on the day.
- Email address, for receipts and account messages.
- Cleaning address, access instructions and preferences.
- Payment method (cash or card). We do not store full card numbers; card payments are processed by our payment provider.
How we use it
We use your data to plan and confirm visits, send reminders and receipts, answer your questions and improve our service. We do not sell personal data.
Who can see it
Only the staff who plan or carry out your cleaning can see your address and access details. We share data with service providers only where it is needed to run the service, and they are bound by confidentiality terms.
Keys and access
If you choose key delivery or leave access instructions, we keep them only until the visit is completed and then delete them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for up to five years for accounting purposes. Account data is deleted on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.
